At the moment, exclusive techniques such as Rasengan, Chidori, Flying Thunder God, Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation, and other key techniques in the canon storyline may not be applied for.

[b]Jutsu Name[/b]: english name of the jutsu (japanese name here)
[b]Rank[/b]: rank of the jutsu you're applying for
[b]Description[/b]: self-explanatory, utilize the wikia if it's canon.
[b]Effects[/b]: does it induce any sort of status upon someone? Will one bleed after being hit by it? Paralyzed?
[b]Boost[/b]: if it provides any boost to the user or the person it's being used on.
[b]Reason[/b]: what's your character's purpose for inventing this technique?
