Perk Application Guidelines

You may only apply for one perk at a time.

Code:

[b]Name[/b]: name of character (key here as well)
[b]Perk Name[/b]: name of the perk you're trying to acquire.
[b]Cost[/b]: PP cost.
[b]Type[/b]: type of perk you're requesting. Ex: Skill, Will, Core etc.
[b]Description[/b]: only if it's a custom perk
[b]Reason[/b]: why your character should start working towards the skill the perk will grant.
