Chakra & Stamina Rules Empty Chakra & Stamina Rules

The amount of chakra and stamina you have at your disposal is determined by any perks that you have to aid in such. This includes the cores themselves, as well as exclusive will perks, skill perks, and clan perks. Chakra and stamina costs "trickle down", meaning 1 Massive = 2 High = 4 Medium = 6 Low (just an example). Round up if one of the numbers comes out as a decimal post-divison.

If you use a technique within a category with only one use left, you either die or enter a comatose state, in which you're vulnerable to be attacked. (1-3 roll for death, 4-6 for comatose)

Stamina perks determine how long you can last in a fight. The amount of turns you can last is double the amount of Low techniques (that consume stamina) that you can use).

Core Perks
  • Tier 0 Chakra/Stamina: 4 Low -> 2 Medium -> 1 High
  • Tier 1 Chakra/Stamina: 6 Low -> 4 Medium -> 2 High -> 1 Massive
  • Tier 2 Chakra/Stamina: 8 Low -> 6 Medium -> 4 High -> 2 Massive
  • Tier 3 Chakra/Stamina: 10 Low -> 8 Medium -> 6 High -> 4 Massive
  • Tier 4 Chakra/Stamina: 12 Low -> 10 Medium -> 8 High -> 6 Massive

Clan Perks
  • Senju: +4 Low (Chakra + Stamina)
  • Uzumaki: +2 Low (Stamina)

Will Perks
  • Jinchuuriki: +8 Low (Chakra + Stamina)
  • Jinchuuriki Pact: +4 Low (Chakra + Stamina)
  • Jiongu (per heart): +2 Low (Chakra)

Skill Perks
  • Samehada Proficiency: +6 Low (Chakra)
  • Calorie Fighter: +4 Low (Stamina)

Reductions
Chakra control oriented perks such as the Chakra Control perk itself, as well as Elemental Training, and specifically Skill-based perks and such that revolve around manipulating chakra, reduce the cost for techniques. Despite the handseal reduction, at least one handseal is always required.

  • Elemental Proficiency I: -1 handseal required for Ninjutsu related to the perk.
  • Elemental Proficiency II: -3 handseals required for Ninjutsu related to the perk.
  • Elemental Proficiency III: -5 handseals required for Ninjutsu related to the perk. Reduces chakra cost by one level (Medium cost becomes Low)
  • Elemental Proficiency IV: -10 handseals required for Ninjutsu related to the perk. Reduces chakra cost by two levels. (High cost becomes Low)

  • Shape Training: Chakra cost for shape-related techniques reduced by one level.
