The Hozuki Clan

The Hozuki Clan are essentially Kirigakure's Uchihas in terms of mastery over their corresponding element. They're masters of water, being feared for their ability to turn into water itself and use Mizu no Kuni's mostly water-dominated surroundings to their advantage. Since the Warring States Period they've been friendly rivals with the Hoshigaki Clan, having even fought over Mizu no Kuni since those days with the forementioned shark tamers.
