Village Economy Empty Village Economy

The economy of your village depends on missions. The amount of ryo that a village receives each time a mission is complete is triple the reward that the people that performed the mission receive. This amount of currency goes toward the village's funding. With it, Kages can purchase a number of upgrades for the village, so long as their council approves of it.

Mercenary
Mercenaries are killers, typically hired by Kage to take care of missing ninja. This is due to groups such as Hunter Nin and ANBU not being made yet. The government and situation of the villages aren't complex yet, they're still within their early days, to justify this. Mercenaries are solely event-characters, made to pursuit player characters that're missing nin.
  • D-Rank: 4,000 ryo to hire, 75 PP/SP given.
  • C-Rank: 7,500, 100 PP/SP given.
  • B-Rank: 10,000, 150 PP/SP given.

Fortification
  • Village Wall Raising: 2,500 ryo per 3 feet.
  • Wall Reinforcement: 5,000 per 5 Endurance for the wall.
  • Kunai Launcher: 6,000 per launcher. 35 Endurance, 40 Speed and 25 Damage. Fires 5 Kunai a round.
  • Harpoon: 10,000 per Harpoon, 45 Endurance, 60 Speed and 40 Damage. Fires 1 Harpoon a round.
  • Cannon: 15,000 per Cannon, 60 Endurance, 40 Speed and 60 Damage. Fires 1 cannon ball a round.
  • Trenches: 5,000 per trench (around wall).
  • Explosive traps: 10,000 per minefield (around wall)

Travel
  • Escort: 2,000 ryo to hire. Travels 1 map every 30 minutes.
  • Carriage: 4,000 ryo to purchase. Travels 1 map every 20 minutes.
  • Caravan: 6,000 ryo to purchase. Travels 1 map every 10 minutes.

Equipment Vault (Limited to one village)
This village upgrade in particular does not have tiers, but costs the wealthy payment of 25,000 in ryo. This village upgrade equips a village with a standard supply of weaponry for it's shinobi. It's only accessible by the village leader themselves, but weapons from it can be given to anyone. Said weapons cost half of the normal price one would have to pay to acquire said weapons.

Technique Encyclopedia (Limited to one village)
The technique encyclopedia costs 15,000 ryo. It allows the village that purchases it to retain information on techniques used by and possessed by individuals within the village. It's accessible only by Jounin and higher, but strictly watched over by guards (changeable by Kage). In this encyclopedia generally lie scrolls for forementioned techniques, that can be used to learn them.

These scrolls will cut down one's cooldown for a technique in half, and will do the same for the amount of roleplays required to learn it. Techniques from other parties can also be recorded, but only with knowledge of the technique's name, function, whether it's Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or otherwise, and other important factors.
